We stand behind the superior quality of every FRONTLINE padel product.
We believe you will enjoy our products as much as we do. If the product does not meet the standard promised due to material or manufacturing defects, you can return it and receive a refund. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or natural aging of paints and materials over time.How to initiate a defect claimValid defect claims:1. A noticeable crack on the hitting surface without any other external damage qualifies as a valid complaint.
2. Rattling or missing sounds in the racket constitute a valid complaint.
3. Products that are defective at the time of delivery are valid complaints. However, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product before removing any protective packaging or seals.
4. The racket must be unused and the original seal must be intact. Invalid Defect Claims:

1. Vertical cracks on the outer frame or around the hitting surface are not accepted as valid complaints.
2. Rackets with cracks on both the hitting surface and the frame or top are not valid complaints.
3. Significant cracks on the hitting surface together with frame or top cracks are not valid complaints.
4. Cracks between the holes in the bottom of the hitting surface, which can easily occur when hitting the ball, are not valid complaints. Other minor defects, scratches or cracks that are not on the hitting surface are also not accepted.
5. Rackets without cracks or defects are not eligible for complaints. All inquiries must be submitted in English or Swedish to avoid delays in our response time. Please attach at least three photos from different angles and a video covering all angles of the product, so that we can assess the damage correctly. After receiving these, we will forward the photos to our manufacturers for evaluation. Please send your defect claims to our customer service at contact@frontlinepadel.com
